Runh TG Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Quansanwei Power Engineering Co., Ltd.) was established in 1995. It is a high-tech enterprise that integrates production, education, and research, co-founded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the former Ministry of Mechanical Industry, and the former Ministry of Electric Power Industry. 

The company has strong research and development capabilities, adhering to the professional development path of optimizing the aerodynamic thermodynamics design of steam turbines. It has carefully built and gradually formed an expert technical team characterized by products, technology, engineering solutions, and technical services, comprising more than forty technical staff with titles of Ph.D., Master's, Professor-level Senior Engineers, and Senior Engineers.

 The company's collaboration in technology innovation through production, education, and research has driven China's steam turbine industry into the full three-dimensional engineering era, making significant contributions to the technological upgrading of traditional industries. Beijing Quansanwei Power Engineering Co., Ltd has been recognized as one of the top ten innovative enterprises in Haidian New Technology Development Zone of Beijing; it has won the first prize in Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2000.

 In 2020, the company was renamed Runh TG Co., Ltd. After strategic adjustments, the company has formed a professional and complete team that includes EPC contracting of turbine islands,  steam turbine generator unit supply, efficiency improvement, capacity increase, heating reformation, and other technical services, project management, and after-sales service, based on steam turbine technology R&D.
